I mentioned when I first snagged this
tribal skirt at Target a few months back that I wanted to make the crazy print more palatable for the office with 'simpler' shirts. A white shirt was my automatic response--though the laser-cut details on this thrifted blouse feel anything but simple. It's amazing how crisp a white piece can make the rest of an outfit feel.
